Question 1

Who does Hirearky work with?

Accepted Answer

We partner exclusively with Seed and Series A founders across the United States. That focus is the whole business — we know what early-stage hiring looks like and what it costs.

Question 2

How does flat-fee recruiting work?

Accepted Answer

There are no upfront costs. You only pay when you hire a candidate introduced by Hirearky. The fee is a flat $5,000 per successful hire.

Question 3

Where do your candidates come from?

Accepted Answer

We work with extensive candidate databases and a large pool of professionals who specifically want to work at startups — people whose career goals match the pace, ownership, and ambiguity of an early-stage company.

Question 4

Do you charge a percentage of salary?

Accepted Answer

No. We don’t use traditional 20–25% agency fee models. On a $150,000 salary, that’s $30,000–$37,500 — with Hirearky it’s $5,000.

Question 5

Are there long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

No unnecessary long-term lock-in. Engagements are designed around your hiring needs and stage.

Question 6

Can you help with a single hire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Flat-fee recruiting works per hire, so you can bring us in for one critical role or several.
